Snapper

Single storey, steel framed family home with polished concrete floors. Interior designer, Claire Baker located in Perth, guided the client with interior design choices as part of the contract.
Mortiss

Single storey, four bedroom, two bathroom family home with outdoor living area.

The clients purchased a large corner block at the Exmouth Marina to allow ample mooring space for their boat. In keeping with the client's brief, the house design makes full use of the land’s shape and size while accommodating the six bedrooms, four bathrooms and two kitchens for when family holiday with them. The home’s design mirrors the marina environs with an Exmouth seaside feel.

Cape Wilderness

Commenced August 2014 - Completed March 2015


This project is a double storey, timber framed home taking in the gulf views. The client's brief is 'Beach House'. Cladding of Western Red Cedar to weather into silver over time and large, recycled timber beams from the Carnarvon Jetty, all add to the 'Beach House' feel of this new home. All rooms are generous in size and lend themselves to open plan living. 

Sea Rescue Extension

Commenced July 2014 - Completed December 2014

 
The Volunteer Marine Rescue involves sizable, portal steel frames to withstand the exposure to cyclonic weather and house the marine vessels. The external cladding is in limestone style blocks and ultra colourbond in keeping with the existing structure and surrounding buildings. The extension also houses a conference area, kitchen and disabled access toilet, all designed in consultation with the Marine Rescue volunteers.
